International Shipping

Duties & Taxes: Please note that all import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Missing or Stolen Packages Policy
If your tracking information shows that your package was "Delivered" but you have not received it, please follow these steps within 48 hours:

Search & Verify: Check with neighbors, household members, and all entrances to your property (including side doors, porches, and areas behind bushes).

Verify GPS/Photo Delivery: * For USPS: Contact your local Post Office and ask for a GPS delivery scan. This confirms the exact coordinates where the carrier was standing when the item was marked delivered.

For UPS: Check your tracking link for a "Proof of Delivery" photo. If not available, you can initiate a "Missing Package" inquiry via the UPS Claims Portal.

Report Mail Theft: If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address but the package is missing, it is considered theft. We recommend filing a report with your local police and the appropriate carrier's theft division:
Our Liability: Scissor Warrior is not responsible for packages once they are confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. We do not issue refunds for successful deliveries or "porch piracy." However, if you provide us with a copy of a formal mail theft or police report (including a case number), we may offer a one-time discount code for a replacement order at our discretion.
